Return Process

  Log into your FarmBot account and submit a return authorization request through our support portal within 30 days of delivery.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack the FarmBot components in their original anti-static packaging and secure them in the original shipping crate to prevent transit damage.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for inspection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our technicians will verify the hardware integrity and technical state; once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
