What is the standard shipping timeframe for FarmBot kits?
All precision electronics and hardware kits are processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while international orders may take 10-15 business days depending on customs.
Do the FarmBot components come with a warranty?
Yes, all our electronic components, including sensors and motor controllers, come with a comprehensive 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Are the electronic controllers weather-resistant?
FarmBot electronics are housed in IP65-rated enclosures designed to withstand outdoor conditions; however, we recommend additional shielding in extreme tropical or arctic environments.
What is your return policy for opened hardware?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that opened electronic components may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover diagnostic testing and repackaging.
Does FarmBot require a constant internet connection to operate?
While FarmBot needs a Wi-Fi connection for initial setup and sequence synchronization, the onboard controller can execute programmed tasks offline for extended periods.
